Hytale Launches January 2026 with Early Access Perks
Hytale, backed by Hypixel, launches on January 13, 2026. Early Access offers exclusive cosmetics.
Hytale, developed by Hypixel Studios, will officially launch on PC on 2026-01-13. The game combines RPG elements with a Minecraft-inspired survival experience. Initially funded by Riot Games after their acquisition of Hypixel Studios, development continued independently after the original founders repurchased the game.
Versions & Launch Times
The release will unlock globally on 2026-01-13. U.S. West Coast players can start at 7 am PST, with East Coast players joining at 10 am EST. In the U.K., the game becomes available at 3 pm GMT, and in Central Europe at 4 pm CET. Gamers in Japan and Australia can begin on 2026-01-14 at midnight JST and 2 am AEDT, respectively.
Installation & Preload
The game does not support preloading. Hypixel recommends downloading the launcher ahead of the release to offset potential delays, as they anticipate a significant influx of players at launch.
Bonuses & Early Access
Early Access purchasers of Hytale will receive exclusive cosmetic rewards. The standard edition, priced at $20, includes three cosmetic sets and an early supporter cape. A $35 supporter tier adds three armor sets, goggles, and additional capes. The $70 Cursebreaker tier includes four additional outfits and more capes. These bonuses are available for purchases made before the game's full 1.0 launch.
