Each individual redstone wire will query power from non-wire components only once and from other wires a maximum of two times. This streamlined approach results in far more efficient calculations and a logical, easy-to-understand update sequence, with shape and block updates only being emitted once the final power levels are determined, ensuring no redundant transmissions.
